Descrição:
• Drive marketing activities across all business areas through development and implementation of marketing campaigns and sales collateral.
• Train sales and service teams on the use of tools (e.g. salesforce mkt, seismic) and support them with valuable marketing resources.
• Participation in Tradeshows, symposiums, webinars, online and offline events. It includes travel logistics, custoMer activities, onsite visits, management of vendors (catering, booth, printing, etc.).
• Work with global, us and europe marketing teams to adapt global content and replicate global strategies and campaigns locally.
• Along with region business line leaders, coordinate and consolidate regional roll-out and execution of programs and campaigns across product portfolio that aim to drive upgrades & business growth, accelerate installed base replacements, and improve campaign profitability.
• Evaluate and distribute leads to sales team.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis based on clm information, through reports and dashboards.
• Integrate CLM with marketing activities – accounts, opportunities, templates and best practices.
• Work with 3 rd party vendors to deliver high quality content including visual communications, video, press releases and social media content.
• Provide assistance to other departments related to brand usage and branding.
• Ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory documentation management. Coordinate regulatory approvals related to marketing and communications using workfront and master control.
• Optimize budget allocation and keep budget administration and expenses under control.
• Interact with customers for mkt needs such as invitations, support on marketing requests, content creation, events participation, etc.
• Organize customer visits in domestic sites, as well as abroad.
• Coordinate translation processes for marketing material, such as articles, product collateral, campaigns.
• Develop continuous improvement policy working together with quality department.

Outros requisitos:
• Marketing, communications bachelor’s degree, or equivalent knowledge acquired through business experience.
• Experience at medical devices and/or medical service industry is preferred.
• Skilled at process management, using crm, erp, and bi tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player at all levels with strong interpersonal skills.
• High energy and proactive attitude, with ability to work independently and balance intense short-term pressures with long-term goals.
• Gluent in portuguese, english and spanish with good multicultural experience and skills.
