- Fazer o acompanhamento e gestão da performance comercial e de acesso na sua carteira/região de atuação;
- Executar as ações alinhadas com Políticas Comerciais e de Acesso a mercado;
- Desenvolver, motivar e fazer a gestão da equipe de Assistentes Técnicos sob sua responsabilidade;
- Garantir que os clientes tenham acesso a informações dos produtos e soluções;
- Alinhar e integrar as ações comerciais na região com as principais áreas de interface.
Outros requisitos:
- Superior Completo em Engenharia Agronômica;
- Experiência sólida atuando na função no mercado de defensivos agrícolas;
- Sólido conhecimento técnico nas culturas de Soja e Milho;
- Conhecimento sobre a dinâmica de mercado da região de atuação;
- Vivencia em Gestão de Sistema de Distribuição;
- Habilidades em negociação.
- Disponibilidade para residir em Cristalina/GO;
