Coming home

Our oldest is coming home for a visit. He hasn’t been home since Christmas. I can talk about him ad nauseam~ and I will~ but because of his job, I can’t show his sweet face on any social media.

But he used to look like this:img_3317

(Sorry this pic is blurry. This was scanned into the computer. We took it before we had a digital camera.)

So for the next several days we are going to be busy camping and eating and fishing and eating and driving into the Park and eating and swimming and having long talks into the evenings and eating and loving on each other and eating. And eating. You know, family.

I’ll be back soon to tell about it all!

And the Fair~

And the farm~

Be back soon!!!

Today’s count: 15 eggs

What’s for supper? Pork roast with mashed potatoes and gravy and cauliflower sauteed with onions and celery.

Weather:  Sunny, with a high near 74. East northeast wind 9 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph. Tonight mostly clear, with a low around 44. South southeast wind 5 to 7 mph becoming calm in the evening.

PS: Hi Amy!
