I saw a robin~ JUST NOW!

I’ve been seeing all sorts of birds lately, thank goodness. I’m so very glad. They are harbingers of spring. But the one that I’ve been anxiously watching for has finally appeared. I saw a robin! Annnnd look what I see~ the reappearance of our driveway! DSC01793That is grass we are seeing!

And also the trek to the neighbor’s greenhouse is starting to clear!

It won’t be much longer before I get to play in the garden, too! YAY!

Well. Maybe I have a little longer to wait on the garden.

Also~ Maisy says “hi”

Today’s count: 8 eggs! None frozen!

What’s for supper: Shepherd’s pie~ I think I’m going to rename this “porky pie” because I’m making it with ground pork instead of mutton 🙂

Weather: Scattered snow showers before noon, then a slight chance of rain and snow showers. Increasing clouds, with a high near 44. South wind around 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. Tonight a slight chance of rain and snow showers before midnight, then a chance of snow showers. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 27. South wind 5 to 9 mph becoming calm after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. (I’m going to ignore the four letter word that begins with “s” and ends with “now”.)
