Can you believe it’s snowing? Again.
These pictures are behind reality. The our pasture grass is already covered in snow.
Our east/ west driveway is drifted.
The high is only to be 33.
Bleck.
But the basement garden is tucked away, warm and waiting.
Sometimes I just go down there to smell the dirt and rub my hands over the small tomatoes.
It feels like the land is waiting for spring to arrive for real. I thought the robins indicated that spring was here to stay but we were all wrong.
Oh well.
We will wait!
Paradise~ just north of nowhere.
Today’s count: 10 eggs! None frozen!
What’s for supper: Homemade ground pork pizza! Yum!
Weather: A 50 percent chance of snow, mainly before noon. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 33. North northeast wind 5 to 9 mph becoming light and variable. Total daytime snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible. Tonight mostly cloudy, with a low around 24. Southeast wind around 6 mph becoming light and variable after midnight.

Yuck! No wonder you grow tomatoes seedlings in the basement! They really do not want to go out yet.
