Just a few weeks ago the landscape looked like this~ snow covered, cold wind ruled the land.
We actually had experienced a fairly wicked spring snow.
But then the warm winds came and turned the weather about-face.
And now look! Spring is here!
And I was out in the garden and though the temps at night are still below freezing, well, it’s almost time to plant!
(Did you hear that guys? Almost!)
Today’s count: 23 eggs! 23!
What’s for supper: pork roast with roasted potatoes and carrots
Weather: Sunny, with a high near 68. Light and variable wind becoming south-southeast around 5 mph in the afternoon. Tonight mostly clear, with a low around 34. South southeast wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.
Almost?!
Perhaps I should get out more to see what all this ‘weather’ business is all about. I thought I would get to see it in Oklahoma, but left before it arrived.

It was! The tomatoes were CRAZY! I could not imagine how they got so many different and unblemished tomatoes to be there at the same time and in perfect condition. They all seemed to be at their prime!

I KNOW! It’s almost time to mow the lawn! I think the only thing that’s keeping the grass in check is that it still freezes at night. Love you guys. Wish we lived closer……
